Aardvark – Acton Tracking

The aim of Action Tracking is to simplify the raising and closeout of project critical actions.  The module can be used to track actions within an organization across disciplines, departments, or even between different companies, for actions such as Corrective Actions, Non Conformance Reports, Minutes of Meeting.

Action Tracking is a cloud based platform that can be accessed anywhere and anytime.

The module has workflows for the following:

Aardvark Interface

Integrates: with other project data sources e.g. Primavera, MS Project, Sharecat document management system, Excel, etc

Interfaces: with all other Aardvark modules so actions can be assigned and linked to packages, tags, suppliers, departments, etc.

Performance Management: graphs, KPIs, trends, and trackers and other ad-hoc analytics, can be produced to facilitate timely closure.

Dashboards: can be accessed from mobile applications to give management real time feedback.
