Aardvark – Business Intelligence

Business Intelligence contained in Aardvark’s cloud based platform can be accessed at any time via the app. It connects field workers, line managers, customers and suppliers, in one environment, giving everyone real time connectivity and reporting.

Aardvark’s Business Intelligence app draws on the data from all modules to create tailored dashboards for all users.  It delivers accurate status,  comparisons and trends in real time information.

This tool is designed for mobile devices so key information is only one click away.  Examples are as follows:

• Field Inspectors, expeditors and auditors: have their personal schedules for upcoming inspections/audits.  Status of passed inspections/audits (NCR, CARs, PARs, OBS).  Access to the library of templates. Supplier contacts and addresses. Supplier ITPs with forecast dates.
• Supply Chain Managers, logistics and coordinators:  tag information, forecast EXW, ROS dates, documentation code status, punchlists, NCRs, certification, delivery (Actual EXW, ROS), transport info (sea/road/air…).
• Corporate Managers: same information as above but either summarized by package or across packages e.g. for a project or division.
• Senior / Executive Managers: dashboards give full visibility.  They compare projects and resources, examine trends, highlight poorly performing packages.  In addition, they have the ability to drill down to the macro level.
